Непременное условие бытия каждой Нации есть ее творчество.

Национальная государственность есть один из основных видов национального творчества, ибо она является внешним выражением, как бы телом Нации. Эта национальная государственность мыслится нами построенной на началах Российского Трудового Национализма, твердой законности, частной собственности и свободы личного творчества, освященных религиозно-моральным пониманием и общегосударственными интересами.

Мы противники коммунизма и коллективизма, стремящихся поработить личность, создать «стандартный тип» человека и уничтожить все индивидуальные и духовные ценности во имя справедливого распределения пищи в людских желудках. Противники не только потому, что это нам не нравится, а потому что знаем и верим, что это противно самой природе человека, а потому и неосуществимо.

Но мы также противники и другого полюса — интеллигенческого индивидуализма, построенного на возвеличивании самодовлеющей личности и приносящего в жертву этому культу личности то драгоценное, что государство может дать своим гражданам — ощущение творимой социальной правды. Моральное разложение современных государств и успех коммунизма — прямой результат этого извращенного культа.

В нашем понимании государство есть живой организм, построенный из бесчисленного количества, функционально между собой связанных, живых единиц — людей, исполняющих самые разнообразные функции в рамках одного целого. Человек немыслим один; он клетка этого организма, живущая и развивающаяся, пока живет целое, жизнь которого, в свою очередь, зависит от жизни отдельной клетки.

Вне государства личность ничто; но в одинаковой мере ничто и государство, не состоящее из живущих и творящих личностей. Только гармония между личностью и государством создает Нацию, создает творчество... Ощутить эту гармонию и неустанно развивать ее — наша задача, одна из важнейших и основных в деле национального строительства.

Вот почему в нашей идеологии мы, останавливаясь на извечном вопросе об антагонизме личности и общественности, решаем его «гармоническим сочетанием интересов частных и общественных на основах личной и общественной этики, в рамках национальной государственности».
