6. Социальные идеи

Развитие человеческого общества ведет к постоянному изменению общественных отношений и общественной структуры. Смысл общественного развития заключается в достижении новых, более совершенных форм общественных отношений и жизненных условий.

Сознательное развитие возможно только в том обществе, где существует общая цель, выраженная в общественных идеалах. В общественной жизнедеятельности план предшествует производству, проект — строительству, социальные идеи — формированию социально-политических систем.

Солидаризм. Развитие человеческого общества сопровождается двумя основными противоположными тенденциями: солидаризацией и борьбой. Возникновение и наличие в обществе борьбы враждующих групп есть следствие нарушения естественной человеческой солидарности, есть проявление дефекта общественного сознания.

Преобладание начала солидарности в обществе укрепляет его и приводит его к прогрессу. Преобладание тенденций борьбы ведет общество к истощению и упадку.

Солидарность первичнее борьбы. Сама борьба не могла бы иметь места без минимальной солидарности внутри борющихся групп. В пределе — борьба, взаимное отталкивание ведет к распаду всякого целого; конструктивна только солидарность, взаимное тяготение.

Путь развития общественного сознания ведет от инстинктивной и врожденной солидарности к солидарности сознательной (национальной, всечеловеческой).

Солидаризм есть идея общественного и государственного строя, основанного на осознанной солидарности.

Солидаризм есть система постоянного преодоления неизбежных общественных противоречий путем соподчинения противоположных интересов и согласования различных усилий, осуществляемых в процессе солидарного сотрудничества.

Дирижизм. Стихийные законы общественной жизни безоговорочно действительны лишь до момента их осознания ведущими кругами. Они могут быть преодолены, а порой и использованы, разумным руководством организованного общества.

Дирижизм есть идея сознательного руководства жизнью общественного организма.

Как взрыв котла объясняется не только соотношением внутреннего давления и сопротивления стенок, но и недосмотром кочегара, так социальные катастрофы, зачастую, объясняются несостоятельностью руководства.

Дирижизм имеет целью преодолеть общественную анархию, не впадая, однако, в тотальную плановость; дирижизм есть общее, направляющее, директивное руководство.

Оптимализм. Органическое развитие, как правило, не терпит крайностей. Как в жизни биоорганизмов, так и в общественной жизни наиболее благоприятное решение жизненных проблем — оптимум — находится между крайними положениями: максимумом и минимумом.

Оптимализм есть идея сознательного органического развития через отыскание оптимумов.

Вопросы собственности (полная приватизация или этатизм), свободы творчества (бесконтрольность или социальный заказ) и многие другие подлежат решению на основе оптималистического принципа.

Отыскание оптимума в сложных явлениях не есть механическое отыскание «золотой середины»; всякое творческое решение есть, в основном, продукт интуиции. Оптимальные решения социальных проблем — дело государственной интуиции ведущих кругов нации.

Правда. Не борьба внутренних противоречий есть действительный двигатель развития общества, а неизменное стремление человека к правде в общественных отношениях.

Конечной целью всех изменений общественного устройства, какие бы политические или экономические формы они ни принимали, всегда выдвигается общее благо — осуществление истины и справедливости.

Правда есть то высшее нравственное начало, к осуществлению которого в общественных отношениях стремится человечество.

Так как идея России есть идея справедливой общественной жизни, идея осуществления правды на земле и саморазвития не только ради себя, но и ради других, то, признавая самобытность России, как культурно-исторического явления, следует признавать и мировое призвание нашей родины.
